    With the latest software, our care team, health professionals and family can see what services are being delivered and when. We review notes following visits, propose improvements and identify minor issues before they become bigger problems. Our consumer portal allows our consumers and/or their families to view rosters, request new services or changes existing and keep track of their funding. Consumers can even rate our carers at the end of the shift.
