Experience a range of engaging activities and services designed to support your physical health, mental stimulation, and social interaction. Whether you’re interested in fitness demonstrations, mindfulness practices, or social engagement opportunities, there’s something for everyone.

10am - 12pm on Friday 18 October 2024 at The Clubhouse at The Henry. Tea and coffee provided.
