Meet Sandra…

Sandra is our Home Care Manager at The Butler Canberra. She has been working in the aged care sector for almost eight years. Sandra’s passion is to make a difference in people’s lives and to help them obtain the assistance they need to be independent and safe at home.

Sandra likes to take the time to listen and know each of our consumers to support them in the best possible way and build a strong relationship with them and their families.

For Sandra, our consumers are at the centre of everything she does. She works with our consumers as a team to get the services and care they need and help them to achieve their goals.

Coming to work is a pleasure and a reward every day. Work for her is more than work, it is a way to support and help others. Sandra loves what she does, and she sees work as one of her happy places.

Sandra has been in Australia for almost 20 years. Originally from Colombia, she is happy to have a chat in either English or Spanish. Come and say hi to Sandra, she always has time for a chat and a good coffee.
