Ethel is happy to have downsized into a retirement village where she has less to worry about. However with her arthritis playing up, she finds doing the housework more difficult.

That where The Butler can help, with everything from cleaning the bathrooms, mopping the floors and doing all her heavy laundry.

• the shops, helping her carry the groceries and putting them away when she gets home; and
